Eagle eyed readers will have noticed that all posts relating to this project have been removed. This is because having completed pre-production work the film has gone into "production hell". Hopefully one day the stars will align and work can continue on this fabulous project as the world really needs this hybrid of "The Banana Splits" and "Eat The Document".
Ha, great idea Shane! Hopefully the film will get made one day but there is a lot of stuff (nothing to do with me I hasten to add) that needs to be sorted out first. Has been great fun doing all the pre-production I must say.
ReplyDeleteBig Byrds/McGuinn fan from the States here, just seeing this, what's the project? I infer that as a Patrick McGuinn is a tag, it's Roger's son doing a doc about his dad with your lovely animation? (BTW, turned on to your site via older work showing Syd and The Byrds, fab and gear, stud!)
ReplyDeleteHi Bill, your guess is spot on. The audio consists of 'lost' audio from 1965-1969 with visuals consisting of my illustrations animated. Unfortunately there's a few obstacles that need to be sorted out before production can take place. Hopefully it will get made one day.
